SladeChild supports Out-of-school and summer programs provided for at-risk youth (K-8th grade and high school) in west Baltimore's Penn-North Community. These opportunities to learn include structured activities provided at no cost to parents. Children are introduced to writing workshops, science labs, outdoor activities including field trips and swimming, and mentoring to improve life skills.
